We so often talk about the challenges, but what about the wins! What do you want to celebrate either in your parenting or writing life? This could be anything from “holy crap I wrote a book and I have no idea how I did that while parenting but I did it” or it could be “I finally sat down to write for thirty minutes uninterrupted last week after being pulled in a million directions.” It could also be “my kid is finally potty trained.”
Whatever it is, let’s celebrate! Tell us what you’re excited about.
My latest win is that I wrote 2x last week ... both for Not Nearly Enough Time, but I actually wrote, uninterrupted. Uninterrupted. That's the winning part—uninterrupted. This feels luxurious! Goals for this week: keep it up!
My latest win is that I've been able to wake up early to write in the morning before the whole house is up. I've been doing it for awhile now, so my body wakes up naturally (which is much better than an alarm clock) and I get a solid half-hour to 45 minutes of writing nearly every day. This feels like a huge win!
